... but can Murray Rothbard's Non-Aggression Principle be compatible with the enforcement of search warrants, child & animal protection services, the prohibition of chlorofluorocarbons... much less taxes? What minimal set of unchosen, positive, affirmative duties must a free people assent to so as to be free in actual practice?!

@QED_ ... then we get back to politics being the means by which society creates and restraints socially sanctioned initatory violence. Is a state necessary for such force.. or could a universal peer-to-peer social contract do the job?
