Under Anarcho-Capitalism, how do search warrants work? Child & animal protection services? Prohibition of Chlorofluorocarbons? What minimal set of unchosen, positive, affirmative duties must all free peoples assent to so as to be free in actual practice? By the way... natural languages are anarchistic in the sense that they work with rules not being imposed by rulers/violence. Same with mathematics. So why can't Humanity be ruled at least as well as mathematics work for all of us?

Under Anarcho-Capitalism, if I am holding stolen property or kidnapped people on my private property, how are they recovered without search warrants? Given the threat represented by the use and manufacturing of Chlorofluorocarbons, how are reparations collected after everyone is dead from the radiation now hitting the surface of the Earth because there is far less ozone in the stratosphere? Largely, I agree with your expressed attitude that the problems of anarchism aren't that great... but neither are they non-existent. I am trying to advance such conversations by recognizing problems with rules without rulers/violence. As the anarchistic nature of the Internet works by virtue of universal peer-to-peer protocols, what might a universal social peer-to-peer contract look like?! I totally agree that the concept of governments is often used to cause more confusion than clarity when discussing such questions.
