  1. This is a good time to note that in the 19th Century family courts routinely awarded children to the father as the mother had no independent source of income?! No Alimony! No Child Support! No incentive to ambush divorce their husband and pick their pocket until they either die or remarry?!?? Let's keep no fault divorce with the provision that anyone who unilaterally wants to break their marriage vows aren't so heavily incentivized financially to do so?!
