  1. Vitamin C is destroyed by heat. Anything close to 160 F it's gone. No vitamin C in no tea. In alcohol it's fine.

  2. I forced myself to eat chestnuts because it was said they are so good, but some people hate them. Wrong chestnuts, I was eating horse chestnuts. Horrible taste. I like to died. Pain and hallucinations. Sick as hell for near a week.
