  1. No ammo will have meaningful energy out of the case. They've been tested by Sammi or whatever the name is. If you encased them in some kind of resin that hardened or something, that would have some explosive reaction probably, but be pretty dangerous. Basically a grenade type situation probably without as much force, but I don't know that for sure.
