  1. Carter closed immigration and booted Iranian students. This is so much heavier than what Trump proposed. What would you do? Continue to allow 200,000 Military aged men who the government says they can't vet into the country who admit they would like Sharia Law and violence to get it is ok? Hello? What would YOU DO? What Carter did? Or the lesser temporary measure Trump proposed until we figure our how to vet these people and so add adequate security to the situation?

  2. Hold on Dave. You're going off reporting of Trump, and not his sensible words. Trump isn't extreme right, he's not bashing gays or pushing religious group think to make cheap polling points. Trump isn't anti immigration, he's anti INSANE Soros pushed open borders immigration that tears down security and stability in a country. For integration, not invasion. The way to help people isn't by making our country into what they are fleeing, or do you think that's a good idea? FBI says we can't vet Muslims, we don't have the tools. Plus Obamaco has put in limits to what they can ask. We have people coming in who want to murder non Muslims. TRUMP SAYS, HOLD ON! LETS STOP THIS (LETTING IN PEOPLE WE CAN'T VET FOR SAFETY). What the hell is wrong with that? It's just saying stop the stupid situation. You guys have met the morons you're talking about ... and they are YOU! Just the same kind of thing you're talking about. Trump is a chance for dialog on the middle. Unchecked illegal and idiotic immigration isn't an of course. Trump never said no more immigration. You guys really have your heads up your ass. Trump is your chance at a middle ground, if you see sanity as a middle ground. Sure he's loud and brash. He's had to take on a dishonest media and the wealthy who want control away from the people, on right and left.

  3. TheHanspeter8 It's the most important component in practicality, of the extreme right. The big divider. I'm talking in a rational sense. Others have other takes on it, but I haven't found a take that rationally describes the division between group thinkers and rational thinkers supporting the party. I wouldn't mind your perspective on it` however. I don't know why you didn't give it with your objection to my thought process on it.

  4. TheHanspeter8 I hope you're not going to recite some bullshit you learned in college as gospel, or say something like racism. What is the most important consideration is hard line irrational ideology on either side that repels the other and people not involved in the group thinking hard line edges. Most of us should be able to come to agreement on most things. The division is the destructive component of politics to the majority of people, only helping people seeking to profit in one way or another from the division, such as the easiest to delineate example, politicians.
