+AlmostSober I object to the objectification of men as husbandos. We don't want to be objects of oppressive marriage type bondage, we want to be seen as sex objects.

+The Rubin Report ... you should be skeptical of the origins of your view of what Trump is. Or maybe I should be skeptical of your stated views genuine origin? That they might be politically inspired criticisms because of a preference and a wish not to see Trump win, but for reasons not fully discussed? What you're saying on Trump, sounds like biased media on Trump, more than actually what Trump is saying. What he says is nuanced, what media reports he says is more absolute, but I check both and media isn't reporting accurately on it generally. Prog media and Fox don't like the prospect of his winning, and I don't think it's about what they say it's about, especially Fox.

+Funaru Are you sure people believing they'll go to hell if they do bad things had had a negative effect? I'm skeptical of that somewhat cherry picked school of thought. An intelligent assessment requires a test group, especially with humans who can be very complex, intelligent, and complicatedly stupid as only high intelligence can facilitate.

Funaru Of course it's the lowest level of morality. I'm not sure fearing jail is worse, probably depends on what you're fearing jail for doing. States have had extremely oppressive version of criminality, most of them in history maybe. There is still the belief that you can do this or that and not get caught. Religion is superior there because you will get caught, lol. Though I've noted more and more Christians with the attitude of don't worry about it. Do bad shit which is ok because everyone is flawed, and repent of it, then go do it some more and it's all ok with Jesus! They got a work around that I never saw in the bible, lol. I guess the preach who says that kind of thing is bound to pull in more dough though. Kinda like the Bernie Sanders of Religiosity, FREE PASS FOR EVERYONE! lol. I actually hate when people quote someone they learned in school and their writings as if they were scriptural. The authority effect, much like religiosity. People should consider principals and be able to come up with their own philosophies. When I see someone quoting a guy, like in Daves vid I had an idiot say he believed everything Chomsky put out (>.<) that's a problem because in paying attention to what Chomsky says it's very full of holes and patched over ... the guy was being a Chumpsky at a religious level.
