  3. Johannes S It's the conditions in the neighborhood, not the race, that determines behavior. Black people who are not in dependent neighborhoods have a crime rate about even with the rest of the people they are around. You go live in one of those neighborhoods and experience what is worst about them. It's what's wrong with you ... Racism.
