I think Randy Barnett is a very good guest, for what he is. Expert on the Constitution & the principals of it. As far as good perspective on what's going on in real life? Smarter than average in most areas, which isn't a big compliment, because average is pathetic. Horrible, which is about average, in other areas. Stunted by his bubble. We all are to some degree in certain areas.

Many of the founders predicted the fall of the Constitution because of human behavior. We would have it too good, forget why the constitution was vital to our way of life, and fall to powerful influences and bribery by government (driven by powerful wealthy elite power hungry people) to give them up.

To make subjects cool get them in popular culture. Fat chance though to get something that enriches real individual enlightenment, that's counter to those who basically own entertainment, who also own media where getting real news that contradicts their desired universe of useful public perceptions, so you won't get individual rights and good economics in Universities mostly, or News, or Media in any wide way.

Lawyers are perfectly trained greedy scum bags extremely adoptable to the corruption Soros & his buddies like to work with. There is no reason to push the bullshit into law schools that has been pushed into Colleges and now K-12 through the bought off federal government. Lawyers should be banned from public office and judgeship's, on grounds of conflict of interest. Lawyers are parasitical predators something you use, not people you let guard the hen house. This was sorta tounge in cheek, but pretty much a bombastic version of how I really do see it.

***** Good point, I was speaking of training,. but yes, different specialties don't as a general group end up behaving like the worst, it seems. The worst are probably those who end up in politics. The worst training in this light, seems to be from Ivy league schools. A culture of elitism in tone of using the little people to feather ones nest.
