BUT, if you're talking about the future, it did have an extreme rise, but that's based on California refugees spending their money and a used up supply of homes, though our market is catching a lot of building to profit from the market. There is also a level of government and business investment working to turn Idaho from hard red to commie blue. That's bad for the market in long term, because people are running from leftist authoritarianism especially as exposed by the COVID scam, to people who pay attention. BUT it's bolstering for medium term maybe, though I want to see a healthy crash in the market similar to what we had here, in 2008.
