This is a subject in my area of Familiarity, ie: Sociologist/Behavioralist.
Eccentricity is a good word to describe the behavior, it's easy on the subject rather than outright judgemental.
In the South there's a couple of relative common sayings:
🔺"They are Eccentric if they are Wealthy, and Nuts if they are Poor"
🔺"Southerners are compassionate, if a family member is crazy, we just stick 'em in the attic".
Although it's lighthearted, the Hoarding behaviors/traits are routinely diagnosed with: Comobidity, a mood and/or anxiety disorder, and other traits can commonly be associated or diagnosed, such as:
🔹OCD, COPD Obsessive Personality Disorder, a more intense and serious lust of traits than OCD.
🔹 Psychosis, Schizophrenia, can accompany the Behavior 9r Personality Disorder.
(They can have faded Cognitive function and Empathy, and may suffer Depression and Anxiety bouts, as well.
They notably can exhibit a more Adolescent Emotional Development, although these are never assumed and each requires a Licensed Therapist to determine best descriptions and diagnoses. A fair amount are simply focused elsewhere, and those whom are from wealthy families often don't know what to do with it as they were never responsible for managing and organizing the home.
They can be, like Howard Hughes, whom had a number of Psychosis and Phobia symptoms, others may not longer possess the wealth to pay staff for the necessary services.
There's a fair amount whom are just not bothered by it, are generally happy, and focused on their Passions. In this case, "Eccentric" is a most appropriate description.

Imagining having a 2 Billion Windfall is definitely a Delicious Day Dream!

I would definitely purchase a Bugatti, a 1930's Bugatti !
... and a variety of items with Motors. Yeah... But, I would not purchase a Mansion for "1", ... Sinatra's NYC Penthouse and his 1960's LA Home, Malibu I believe. Those are reasonable.
......... and a mini Falling Water. 💦
Then I would build a neighborhood of Container Homes for those in need of a home, minimal cost, over time, lease to own. (We rarely respect what we don't work to own, but affordable changes the game for Students, Single Parents, and those whom experienced financial losses, particularly due to a health situation.)

I, very much, enjoy "Storytelling". Maybe it's a genetic trait of my Irish bloodline, County Kerry lineage.
I happen to reside in NW Tennessee, that's a story, but we can find our Harmony anywhere when its realized that all we desire literally resides within, another story, but I digress.
I have Sub'd and look forward to more Stories.
In time I will share some bits of various info that you might find "interesting to enjoyable", and a lol or 2.
Storytelling has a far wised audience than most would expect. In time, you will see large growth in your Subs numbers. So, do your Passion with enjoyment, without stress, do it to please yourself and it will please others.

Having been transplanted to North West Tennessee as a child, a child who was born and very much adapted to hometown, Chicago, the Northside mere blocks from Wrigley Field, Edgewater Hospital, I mention the hospital as, several years earlier, it was also the birthplace of a previous First Lady, Hillary Rodam Clinton. It was quite the upscale Hospital.
There in that area of Chicago I began my Journey of self discovery, and as I reflect I have no doubt, God himself picked my entry locale, it certainly was a quick absorption and became a part if me that lasts right through to this day.
A Northside Chicago, Irish, Catholic, Cubby-lovin, Independent, Free Thinking, Free Spirited, and Honest to a Fault, .... Whiskey Drinking, Authentic Individual. (ahh, no, that would be *"Irish Whiskey", not that KY Bourbon Woody stuff) ... and Irish will be key to my Journey Story.*
At any rate, my Dad was from West Tennessee, Onion/Gibson County "The county line literally ran through the Southern Baptist Church, in Kenton, TN, placing the Pastor in Onion Country and the Congregation in Gibson County.
Kenton, Tennessee, "Home of the White Squirrel" also Home of "Red Bird Fans", those foul-feathered critters from St Louis, "I knew immediately I was in a burg that was Out of Sorts!"
No buses, "No where they go!" No Bozo on TV, no WGN, no WLS, and No Ice Cream Man, ... Panic set over me I was beside myself, and to my Mind there, I demanded: "I want to go Home!". "Now!!!".
These People were Strange, they Acted Strange, Talked Strange, were not at all what I considered "of smart minds", at 5 years old. I knew, this was "a Situation"
I was confounded, WHY? Why would they pick those Red Birds? Why, they didn't even live close that St Louis, those People their b St Louis at least had a reason to like those birds, but these People, "Well they were just Obviously soft-minded!"

I managed, came to make lots of friends, and each of them would tell you today, "We love her, she's fun, brutally have nest, loyal, ethical, but, "She is of her own mind and it matters not what you or anyone thinks or says about her, she, all 5'2" of her, marches to her own drum, and she is .... Well, she's a bit, some might accuse "witchey", but it's Intuitive, she's a strong sense but f Knowing and Feeling, you can see it cleaned n her face, (when someone is trying to blow smoke up her arse), she knows, you can not lie to that one, She will call you on it and straight to your face, politely at first, but, well, best admit up, cause otherwise, you'll get embarrassed, for certain , she also has a way of knowng, stuff about you, that you'd rather forget.

After years of residence and before moving to (17 years) and returning from Nevada, once described Tennessee to someone, saying:. "my preference, should I be moving to Tennessee, would be Middle Tennessee, I find it to be a beautiful landscape, the best of, and a fair bit Higher Minded, for the real drawback, for me, has been the Judgemental Attitudes, that comes from the Fear based Socialization coupled with the Fear based Fundamentalism of the abundant Evangelist cal Religions, Southern Baptist, the more prominent in West Tennessee, and that's the Religion my Dad's Family practice.
They have a really narrow point from which they view everything, tragic I think, for they must suffer so from their beliefs: "Could anyone feel secure and in Harmony living in a mind with such dark ideas, so many fears, and so many opportunities for failures?"
To see the State, abundant in People with Positive Thoughts, (apply the Physics perspective) Positive Energies upon the People stove Landscape, would be a most desirable experience.

It goes without saying, each are free to choose their Beliefs, I personally desires/desire the Facts affecting the subject, and chose to gain some 1st hand investigating the Subjects of both the Religion and the History.
For no one may claim to be an expert on the subject of Christianity, or any of its variations, without also applying time and effort to the History, and the History that preceded Jesus.
Even with degrees in History, Sociology, and Journalism, plus people st grad studies and research, there's vast more to be viewed and understood, and then there's the "Interpreting in f the case ntent", and *that s requires the History, prior to Judaism including Yeshua/Jesus, and his old Fe that was left out of the Bible, yet records exist to understand what he was doing and where he was exploring. (His great uncle Joseph of Arimathea was a shipping tycoon. Mary's Uncle, they were very well to do financially, misinterpretations have been influenced the subject, but they can be clarified with the Boys boe itself, stories have superceded the texts, an easy clarification)
At any rate, many can find release from the fears, and not have the reject their beliefs, rather they can be finding a deeper clarity and greater understanding.

Each time I see photos of various ornate Gilded Era Homes, I long to see the Architectire, absent of all its "layers of Victorian Decor pieces", absent of their heaviness (energies of ego ideas).
I long to see the actual rooms, their details, and even they are often swimming in layers of details.

My last home had an Open Floorplan with (27 feet floor to ceiling), a semicircular staircase that led to the 2nd floor balcony area with my office, 2 bedrooms, the gym and 2 full baths, and exterior balcony the full pength 9f the house.
Downstairs had a grand feel, living + dining room, kitchen + family room, half bath, and a Master Suite. Best design that fit my needs in 3999 sq ft, exterior with desert landscape, bar, and Martini Pool, framed by a 12 ft Privacy Block Wall + stucco.
3 car garage
It was/is a place for Living.

Well, we have a City named Franklin and I believe we have a Franklin County.
(a West Tennesseean here, Tennessee is 3 states in 1, West, Middle, and East, and you can bet this is a real subject, in that the population has such varied subjects of their focus, interests, and needs, historically and now, economics and politically.)
Should "reacting, assuming, and Judgemental" be avoided, the entire Nation would/will benefit in the value of Harmony and Wellbeing.
