  4.  @phosoa8965  KL is a great city - English widely spoken, the legal system based on the British system, health care amazing and it's safe to walk around in the evening. Just look at the KL skyline... Petronas Towers (tallest twin towers in the world), Merdeka 118 - (second tallest building in the world), KL tower, many world class 5 star hotels there. Excellent transport infrastructure, centre for healthcare tourism, travel hub for south east Asia. Plus the locals are friendly too.
