  2.  @JC-ee6pc  It's just a government dept - I don't think it's a conspiracy. I've worked for central government on IT projects - the mismanagement is totally appalling, so I'm not surprised at the inefficiency of the UK government's response. If they are trying to usher in a new world order or a reset, there's no way they can even organise a communications strategy or laughably Boris's wifi working correctly..

  5.  @JC-ee6pc  Seriously bad! I'm also having issues renewing my passport. We want to exit to Portugal next year, just go and never return.

  6.  @JC-ee6pc  Passport office is on 'go slow' due to COVID obviously - I wanted it quickly but they cannot provide urgently and cannot provide a date when the renewal will happen.
