Precolonial Africans did have the wheel. The Arabs brought it over. When the Arabs left, the African population didn't continue using them. Africa to this day greatly benefits from the wheel when it was reintroduced by Europeans. It's landscape requires the wheel for large distances, most of which are rather even terrain. There is one reason and one reason alone for this: intellectual inferiority.

@NanakiRowan i just looked up weapons used by various African tribes used to defend against the Europeans. Metal tipped spears (mostly of brass) were used. They had some iron daggers but was the technology they used in general built around iron? No, objectively not. I realize your need to cope with that fact that not all ppls are equal means you have to lie to yourself and others to feel better about yourself but it's not going to work with me. The technology present when Europeans touched down on African soil was primitive by comparison, hence the "euro centric" belief that the Europeans were more advanced and civilized...

@logarhythmic6859 but the landscape across Africa would absolutely benefit and accommodate from the wheel... Hawaiian terrain is nothing like African landscape. Also, the Peruvians used the wheel despite the antagonist mountainous landscape. Someone else mentioned the rough terrain of many European regions too. So no, it's not that relevant apparently whether the land is flat or not.

@NanakiRowan when did I supposedly admit this? I explicitly stated that the wheel was invented by either Mesopotamians or Eastern Europeans. The modern wheel as we know it today was Eastern Europeans. The primitive wheel was invented by Mesopotamians. Also, your blatantly ableist attack against my ASD will not go unnoticed.

They invented the wheel in an environment where it wasn't the most efficient. Africa couldn't or didn't want to even though Africa's terrain is better suited for the wheel.

@logarhythmic6859 I'm not arguing that it makes sense to use a wheel in Hawaii. I'm arguing that it's not inherently because of favorable environments that the wheel is used. It requires intelligence especially when the landscape is rather unfavorable, yet the inhabitants innovate through it anyway. In Africa, the conditions are favorable to the wheel by and large and yet they didn't use it... That does suggest a lack of intelligence/innovation.

@NanakiRowan i don't admit that because it didn't happen. And it objectively was invented by Eastern Europeans. The modern wheel as we know it and the various practical applications related to it were invented by Europeans. You can say whatever Afrocentric bs you want but that doesn't change the truth being the truth.
