  1. Gender discrimination is a real issue in the West, especially in regards to economics. Against men. This is a woman's economy.

  2. There is no such thing as "pushing" women into care jobs. It's their duty to so do and they historically have always better suited that role. The only pushing society is doing to women is to convince them not to be caretakers, mothers, wives etc.
