  4.  @Boofus90  yeah but feminists don't advocate for equality they advocate for preferential treatment and the control over men. There has to be a balance. Feminists don't want balance they simply want to be in control, have all the freedom (most of it ensured by men) but want none of the responsibility. I don't support patriarchal norms either as it oppresses the majority of men to benefit the minority. But to say that more traditional relationships were not more successful, effective and beneficial to society is preposterous. Today we barely have relationships at all it's just a bunch of people hooking up and bunch of other people not getting a slice of the pie, much like Capitalism, that creates a vicious rift between the benefactors and those who serve under them and have no real power over their lives.

  11.  @tomatop6754  I'm the opposite. Being a Marxist I believe the economic base influences the superstructure more than the other way around. If we want a stable, functional and productive society people need their biological necessities met. Then culture can be the focus. We need a moral population however because if the revolution is full of amoral it immoral fighters then the next stage of development will be immoral people having just as much control as they did under Capitalism. Even though I'm a Leftist economically im a more conservative leaning person on cultural issues.

  14. Not sure its the "far right", rather a return to traditionalism in certain areas of life. Most men want to have a traditional family, which women and society at large have been told is oppressive and toxic. So yes, the demonization and emasculation of men will lead to an uprising by men who need, not want, but need to take society back for themselves. Because as it turns out, men and only men (working class, family oriented men) can ensure societies well being. Not rich billionaires who don't truly contribute or live degenerate lifestyles and certainly not women, who seem to dismantle every good thing they are in charge of. Hell, they don't even need to be in charge, they just enter a man's space and the institution goes to shit.

  22. Africa was objectively colonized for economic exploitation. Thats not an opinion, thats an undeniable fact.Religion was used as an excuse to further expand their economic powers because capitalism didn't exist yet and so there was a reason needed to justify this expansion. That said, the colonization of Africa was impressive because the resources available to the native populations could have always been used to develop their kingdoms/tribes/nations yet never did. If it weren't for European colonialism Africa would have never developed at all in any capacity or worse the middle east would scramble instead and their colonial efforts would spell disaster for Europe...

It was predominantly reached by a natzi sympathizer who was obsessed with the number 100 million. 2. Mao's China somehow resulted in both 40 million perishing yet also a population expansion of 70 million at roughly the same time which led to the one child policy in the 70s. Both of those things cannot be true at the same time...

Lenin (aka the most famous Marxist Materialist, post Marx) was literally one of the forerunners of the 20th century to describe decadence and its impact on the proletariat, going so far as to declare "to value commodity production and the increase in luxury goods as an inherent good is the epitome of bourgeois decadence". Lenin's entire belief system was that Capitalism led to a decadent society focused on the commodification of the self and the worship of goods and destruction of culture. Culture was never ignored by Marxists. Culture can help unite the working class and creating an individualistic, global community destroys that unity and replaces it with decadence. The working mans revolution cannot be won or maintained without discipline and fervor. To say otherwise is to deny decades of Lenin's writings. Leon Trotsky also wrote on the matter of decadence, referring to the Soviet Union as a "degenerated workers state". Then there is Antonio Gramsci who discussed decadence in his criticism of capitalist hegemony which he rightfully claimed was Capitalism creating a conformist culture around itself, all throughout the world. Friedrich Engles discussed decadence at length in his book "Private Property and The Family", where marriage became a trade deal, wmen were assets and men were investment opportunities... You also dont understand what materialism means.

Black holes have just recently been proven to exist after nearly a century of debate regarding their existence. MMT was not "invented" with "no evidence" to suggest such is to ignore 80 yrs of economic research. Academia is not Left Wing at all... Its expressly capitalist and pushes progressive cultural hegemony to break apart the working class and destroy workers movements. The Left is not responsible for managerial bloat... The Right is, the capitalist is. They replaced union representatives with HR departments.
