@danielboone8256 well I'm a virtue ethicist, not a consequentialist. People can do bad things that result in good outcomes. Like I can kill a man who I don't like simply because he annoyed me but I didn't know he was responsible for graping 4 wmen. Then it comes out that I killed this guy and I'm exonerated because my actions were deemed justified due to who he was. But they never realized I killed him for a selfish, arbitrary reason, not because he hurt people. Which I had no knowledge of.
Conversely, I could intend to save millions by sacrificing thousands. The consequence is more people saved in the long run. But then the event that was supposed to wipe out millions never comes. I might want to cure a disease for instance but instead I make it worse. Resulting in mass catastrophe.
Actions should be judged on whether they are consistent or not. If I consider doing something, I should then imagine how that would go if a majority of the population did it too. If I don't like what it will do, say come to bite me in the ass, I should not do it. The Golden Rule, The Categorical Imperative, whatever you want to call it, that's how morality should be judged.
She's not modest because she is forced to be. She would be modest if she had the option not to be but chose to be anyway. That's virtuous.

Ah yes, declining birth rates is definitely the fault of men. You know, that half of the population who can't give birth? Yep, definitely their fault...
I'm a "stay at home son" and on Medicaid. I'm autistic, it's near impossible for me to hold a job. I help my mom and she helps me. But beyond that, every citizen should be guaranteed health insurance from the government via a national health insurance plan, so I'm not interested in any arguments that complain that citizens have healthcare because that's barbaric. Also, I have completely lost hope with wmen. They are selfish, entitled and exploitative along with other attributes interestingly similar to our capitalist society that prioritizes consumption, rugged individualism, hedonism and superficiality.
Why would I want to contribute to a society that doesn't appreciate my existence and actively works to replace it?
