  2. It's complicated. Some redistribution is necessary no matter the circumstance. Unless you want a disorderly and dysfunctional state. As for who that wealth belongs to, it technically belongs to the South Africans. But seeing as how the wealth was created by and for the European colonists, perhaps it's actually their wealth since they actually did something with it instead of just sitting on it for centuries.

  3. This goes to show that socialisation works better than regulation on private enterprise. Or at least, when it comes to services it does.
