  2. Nah, xenophobia doesn't exist. Its called being normal and valuing self preservation. As for racism, its best we dont racially mix together, especially with housing. All it does it breed tension, crime and inequality.

  3. Ppl should not want to move away from their parents unless there is actual abuse. Families are meant to stay close together and help each member out. Its what builds and maintains communities We need more community, therefore we need pocket neighborhoods, cottage courts, courtyard apartments and bungalows. We dont need nor want tall apartment buildings. In fact, no residential building should be taller than 6 stories. No commercial building should be taller than 10. Developers write the laws that politicians pass. Developers (im talking big bank investment types) want their to be only two types of easily built housing styles that they control in order to dominate the housing market. It doesn't matter how many homes or what kind of homes are built. Ad long as a small group of owner's control housing supply, none of it will change the price. Housing must become a public utility/an essential good guaranteed to all citizens.
