  2. Man, Soviet Housing at first was awful. Community is important and especially so is housing all of your people but why does that mean everyone sharing the same interior housing space? Shared community land makes sense, but not a single unit having multiple people. Everyone should have their own adequate living space aka at least 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room. And everyone should have this in their own home. The nuclear family and socialism should be friends, not enemies.
