  1. I hate that we always talk about the harmful influences on young men but never the harmful influences that have been shown to wmen since at least the 60s, probably earlier... Why do you think so many are on OF now, or posting thirst pics on Instagram? Why are so many having casual segs? Why do so many wmen want to be childless and husbandless? Segs and the City alone ruined a whole generation or two of wmen. Social media is ruining another generation of young wmen.

  3. Nah. Screw the suit. Screw getting a car and paying insurance. Screw getting a credit card. We need better public transportation in this country (US) so it's cheaper and better for the environment as well having walkable cities so communities are closer and healthier. It would also improve men's chances at getting good wmen. Not everyone needs a car. The credit system needs to be abolished. Simple as that. It's debilitating millions, has led to consistent economic downturns, sticks people in a particular caste and prevents mobility. It's neofeudal and needs to be thrown out. Credit cards all need to be burned. As for the suit... Maybe one for weddings and funerals. But other than that, just dress casually or whatever uniform is necessary for work. Men need to stop trying so hard to attract wmen. That's a big part of the problem. The harder we work to impress the more entitled they become and the higher their standards. If enough of us stop trying entirely then the wmen will be on the defensive and will have to come to us. They will have to. It's only a matter of time until they become desperate for our validation again.

  4. I'm not advocating for communism, but, the criticism of today's world is describing their discontent with capitalism. Working longer for less pay and less vacation time, crappy jobs, lack of labor rights, automation, immigration and outsourcing limiting job opportunities, small businesses and cooperatives being overrun and out competed by too big to fail corporations, big money in government, no one having affordable housing or healthcare, education that doesn't actually provide knowledge or skills.... The Soviet Union provided all those things. It's 2023. Surely we can do those things for our people and do it superiorly by learning what did and don't work in previous and current nations. That video of Gaddafi showed what a leftist and or national government can do. But even that can be built upon with out own characteristics. Free market Capitalism is never the answer. Because no one is free except those who own the most capital. If you rent, you're not free. If you rent your labor for a wage, you aren't free.

  8. As a socialist, the anti work movement never made sense to me. The purpose of revolting against Capitalism is not to stop working but rather to democratically take over workplaces... It's pretty hard for the workers to take over the means of production if they are all convinced to stop working.

You seem to think people are wasting money on cars or partying or what not. You know the only people who do that are the ones that CAN do that right? Aka, already rich people. Poor people go to work, shower, maybe drink a beer or two and go to bed. Only to do it over the next day and then some. Also, sacrificing friends, your health and sleep is not worth it. If that's what it takes then it it further proof that the system is rigged against the poor.

People grow up in different parts of the country with different backgrounds and different opportunities. You can have all the ideas and all the passion in the world but if you don't have the resources or the access then it doesn't matter. Some people have better genetics and predispositions too that we aren't talking about. Some people have disabilities. Some grew up in abusive households. Many don't have good education or job prospects, maybe they don't have either. The fact that these obvious and basic things fly past you is very concerning. How old are you btw? When did you have all the time to do these things and who taught you? If you seriously believe a job and a drivers license qualifies you for a bank loan then you truly are the biggest maroon on the internet.

  42. 5:47. I couldn't disagree more. All my life, my innate approach has been to build rapport and then ask them out. It hurts the most out of anything because that rapport is now out the window. I no longer have someone to talk to and the prospect of more is gone. Its the cold approach which has little affect on your emotional state as a man. It's the thoughtful and invested conversation with a girl you actually like being around who rejects you, that results in the most sadness. Edit: exposure can't be good in the long run. Exposure to the elements, exposing an open wound, is bound to do damage eventually.

It's certainly true that some Americans make more money despite not contributing as much but that's the nature of capitalism I'm afraid. Hard workers live paycheck to paycheck (even if the pay is higher than other countries) while those who sit on many and move money around live like kings.

  45. Age has nothing to do with it. If society keeps declining and conditions don't improve it has nothing to do with the individual. By default, only a small percentage can succeed. Before, it didn't matter if they were "successful" or not, we lived in a culture that essentially guaranteed we all had a home and all got married. That doesn't exist anymore. This cannot be blamed on individuals. Many individuals won't be able to compete or those who could potentially don't find the competition worth it because the rewards aren't there.
