Fewer Rights? Probably because there is a seemingly endless amount of Rights now, most of which just showed up uninvited. Everything is considered a Right, now. It's annoying. Not everything is a "human Right", certainly not everything is a constitutional one.
In my opinion, you have a Right to life, Right to pursue happiness (notice the Right is not to make you happy, that's on you), Right to adequate shelter, Right to healthcare and to get a basic education. Oh, and water is a Right. Anything that is essential to Life and the continuation of it, from a physiological standpoint, is a Right. Anything else? Nope.

None of this matters, family, exclusion, loneliness, depression, social interaction, community involvement; none of that matters if the material conditions do not improve. Don't get me wrong, hook-up/social media culture has ruined the dating market, feminism has made vvomen compete with men for power rather than collaborate with men to maintain function and stability in society, we live in a far too permissive culture where we seek constant open mindedness at the expense of letting our brains fall out. But if the material conditions do not improve for the average person, especially the average man, hypergamy w ill continue, the delay of pair bonding/marriage will continue to fall, people will continue to check out of society and "go their own way" with the claim that "i don't need no man" and "my wallet my choice".
Men and women are better when working together but right now we are working against one another in both economic and segsual antagonism between the gnders.

"You cant tell people where you can work, how you're going to work"... sounds like you're against Capitalism sir, since we are forced to pick certain careers or starve/suffer and when we get those jobs we have almost zero freedom in what we do. We listen to our bosses and if we step just one centimeter out of line we can get fired. You want free enterprise, make sure the people can invest in themselves and in each other instead of relying on the banks and large investors that take stock and ownership over that new enterprise. You want freedom? Make sure people have their basic needs met and have access to resources necessary for them to pursue their own future.
And maybe you, Jaime Dimon, should read the history of socialism. It might help you understand that socialism is not "when the government does stuff der der der". The government does what the people wants, in theory, but big companies and fat cats like YOU buy the government so that what the people want wont happen. These powerful capitalist overlords are just that, overlords. They bash centralized socialism from the 20th century yet what is a monopoly? The Soviet Union was a monopoly, the people were the employees of the only real business in the country, the government. That's no different than capitalism today. That is capitalism's nature. It flows to a small group of people. The very system that pushes competition pushes constant growth and buyouts of smaller chains more. The very competition they espouse, is the process that allows competition to falter. Because eventually, 1 or a few people will have won from that competitive market and leave the rest on the bleachers and in the audience to watch as things continue on without them.

Why would drug use lower if its legal and easily accessible? I never understood that. And the Portugal issue is very controversial and uncertain with their results. Weed and certain psychedelics should be legal, laws should go towards small business and cooperatives (like Krystal said), large businesses producing weed and selling it are actually causing bigger problems then when street dealers were because street dealers dont have the ability to put a bunch of chemicals in it. They don't have state of the art technology. Many pot uses were afraid of it being legal and merely wanted it decriminalized so big money didn't hurt their business or hurt their customers. I understand their point, though i still think weed should be legal across the board in every state to avoid state by state inconsistencies.
As for harder drugs, those should most definitely remain illegal. I made a video about it on my YouTube channel in fact. If we legalize these harder substances more will have access and more will do it. It'll be essentially saying, "hey, try these for yourself now", they're legal. And look at cigarettes and vapes, alot of the population wants those banned or more strictly capped. Its for a reason. Cigarettes SHOULD be illegal. Alcohol shouldn't but look at how much is affects society. You wanna make that problem even worse by introducing other drugs into the picture?? Now way. There need to be rehab centers, sure. But many people dont wanna stop and dont feel they need to. They want to continue doing these substances, and can continue to since it would be legal. But it shouldnt be. And those losers who decide to throw their life away and do heroin or crack or whatever should go to jail, they are not productive members of society and pose a risk. They do more than harm themselves and the black market would still exist. Just like the black market with guns and alcohol still exists. So what? Hard drugs should remain illegal and the cartels will exist regardless.
heres my video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CdYDqo_jvU&t=1091s

This Nomiki person has no idea what proportional rates are whatever, she only focuses on the aggregate. 1: National crime has gone down overall but cities throughout the US, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, DC, Baton Rouge, Nashville, Louisville, St Louis, all these cities have massively increased crime rates. 2: You can't compare today's crime rate to the 80s without sounding ridiculous. That's the equivalent of saying, well at least there isn't Stalin level death... So what? Why compare something to rhe worst and most extreme example? It's like saying, "well that guy unalived 51 people but I only unalived 25". So what? That not an argument. 3: People weren't stealing essential items. They were stealing from high end retail stores and pharmacies. They didn't use those medicines themselves they re-sold them on the street. How do we know? Because arrests of second hand pharmaceutical sales have increased. 4: You can't defund police services until you decrease inequality and improve material conditions. Of course more crime would happen when the environment didn't but the leniency did. 5: domestic abuse rates have not gone up. They have gone down. Less people are cohabitating and more people are remaining in the house of their family.

Why dont stadiums have a different thing going on daily, nightly or every other day? Aside from baseball or basketball, depending on the stadium, you could do volleyball games, track and field, RC car racing, bouncy house days for families, indie wrestling shows, amateur soccer, field hockey, fans could pay like 2-5 dollars to watch an away game at the stadium on the titantron, Nerf events etc
There is so much that could be done when games are not occuring. It would bring in more revenue, provide tons of stable employment, community morale would increase...
