  6. Trad-wife culture is merely a new form of female mating strategy exploiting an old school form of mating strategy in a modern context. They want a free ride because they learned being a wife is potentially easier and more comfortable for them than working like men. Traditional gender roles are overall, positive. But that lifestyle, that culture, that era... Is dead. It will likely never return, not anytime soon. Gender roles should be respected but modified for a new era with new circumstances. What individuals do doesn't matter, the culture and the collective behavior matters more. We do not exist in a vacuum, man is not an island.

  17. @itachisasku I'm autistic. Traditional relationships are outside my capabilities. But I'm the exception, not the rule. I can't base the general rule based on my anecdotal experience. But when was the last time you saw/met a couple where the wife was either a virgin until marriage or only had one body, where the man could afford to pay for himself, her and the kids and one that lasted more than 6 years? Those relationships are as extinct as the dinosaur I'm named after.
