  2. Or, the more realistic reason, that people simply don't want to live in neighborhoods with people don't look or act like them. China Town exists for a reason, so does little Italy and the Hacidic Community. I live in an area that is entirely Hispanic. They fuqing hate me and my mom. Why? Because we're white and they aren't. Ethnic groups prefer their own people. What a shock.
