It's this stuff that makes me angry that conservatives don't see how Capitalism is not our friend. Conservatives. Adopt worker forward policies ontop of your social policies. You'll never lose.

@Nota-Skaven conserve Capitalism!? No. Conserve values related to culture. Capitalism destroys the cultural norms I hold dear. Monogamy, community, minimalism, modesty, family, honor. Capitalism pushes consumerism and hedonistic lifestyles. As a conservative, o can't stand those things.

@jaybleu6169 the government, aka the people and their will. The personal business of individuals effects everyone. Especially when so many are convinced to do the same thing. Monogamy is superior to the anarchy we have today when it comes to dating. The government most certainly needs to concern itself with families because then we can assist families, ensure abuse and neglect don't occur, not to mention it ensures stability in the community. A marriage is not simply a union between two people but rather a union of two families which is recognized by the community at large. Again, I've said this already I believe. I am a social conservative. Culturally, i believe in monogamy, gender roles and family honor. Economically, the people of those communities should collectively own their work. I believe in a community oriented society, rooted in practical traditional values. The economy should reflect that. Capitalism, doesn't reflect that.

@chrisyu98 voting is useless. The Republican party is just as of not more corrupt than the democrats. The only difference is that democrats pretend not to be while the Republicans embrace their corruption.
