  4. I will say, openly and proudly, I do not value freedom as a principle in of itself. I care far more about function than any conceptual concerns such as freedom, equality, tradition, etc. I simply don't care about anything other than that which works and works best for the majority of the population. That's it. Some freedom is necessary because micro managing is inefficient. Some equality is necessary because too much inequality leads to a divided and dangerous society. Some traditions are necessary because if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But these things are not valuable as a principle, universally. Ultimately, what matters is logical consistency not ideological consistency. For me at least.

  5. The harshness of laws whether heavy handed or soft, seem to be irrelevant to whether your society is safe or not. It appears the only common denominator is the ppl themselves in your society. When Sweden was Swedish it could afford to have such a light handed legal system. Now that the nu swedes are in Swedenstan, these laws don't work anymore.
