  2. I cant believe you actually were able to talk to the real Patch Adams... That's amazing. Its so sad that the studio never helped build the hospital. But what's sadder is that it's predictable they didn't.

  3. I love how architects and urban designers are encouraged to be artistic and creative yet all they create is mundane, conformist drivel that is unoriginal and lifeless. Traditional architecture was artful and beautiful. Modern/post modern society supposedly values creativity but they destroyed beauty in the process.

  4. I swear, I genuinely cannot find a major flaw in Teddy Roosevelt. And that's saying something. I find fault in everything as I'm a very cynical person. But by God, this man was as close to perfect as a man can be.

  5. How to end homelessness: rental/mortgage subsidies. Cutting back zoning laws and parking requirements. Banning foreigners and investment companies from buying residential property. Limiting the ownership of residential properties to 3. Social/cooperative housing construction. Bungalow courts and cottage centers with public space that each resident can use. End mass immigration. End foreign aid. Limit subsidies for non essential companies.

  6. Corporations don't like employee loyalty and instead secretly love high turnover. The higher the turnover, the less benefits, bonuses and investment into a pension/retirement plan the company has towards their employees. Our middle and high schools need to prioritize daily knowledge and real world skills to prepare the youth for the society they will inherit. We need to teach self sufficiency.
