  4. We need to understand that the failure of a war economy, as the one Russia is desperately activating, is not like a collapse of the enterprise. Is not chaotic disruption of all goods and services the country produces. Instead it is the degradation of life standards in ways that can be clearly felt by the population; is the lack of resources to keep and maintain goods and services of the same previous standards. The depletion is enough to make everyone to see the huge mistake of the leadership that embarked in the adventure. A war a regime voluntarily starts by its own decision is not like a war of defense against an aggressor. Russians are more and more aware of the stupid disruption of their normal life Putin has thrown on them. This is enough to severely corrode the public disposition. The overall climate is discouraging all sorts of private investments and the regime has to resort to pressures, threats and violence to keep things running. That is the outlook of the economic disaster, not a full collapse.
