This is the moment to tell Putin unequivocally that any use of nuclear weapon in this war will be followed immediately by a global confiscation of all assets of Russia government and enterprises, wherever they are, including embassies and consulates. All diplomatic relations of all countries with Russia will be stopped. All businesses with Russia and Russian companies will be stopped. And only Russian citizens who apply to the status of refugees or asylum seekers will be allowed to remain in any country. The military responses should already been considered. Obviously North Korea and Iran will not be part of this. All countries apart from these two must be ready to send this definite and strong signal. Putin must see that a nuclear attack against Ukraine is an attack against the whole humanity.
