When the 'palatable' narrative of 'public-PRIVATE' investment began to be peddled all the hairs on your neck should have stood straight up. 90+% of all stocks are owned by a very small percentage of the wealthiest people in the US. When you hear that the 'market' has hit new highs...that news is specifically FOR THEM...not the majority of Americans. Stock prices have nothing whatsoever to do with the overall economy at all. Nothing.
