  5. Same. It's the 12th of August and I'll be hard-pressed to get through to the end of the month financially. I have no debt at all. I don't live beyond my means. If I don't have the money I don't buy it or I'll save for it until I can pay for it outright. And although I'm continually told "we live in the richest country in the world"....the question is rarely if ever asked: WHO IS PRIMARILY BENEFITING SPECIFICALLY? Too many are working more than one job and are barely able to get by from one month to the next. "The richest country in the world"? FOR WHOM SPECIFICALLY? FOR WHOM?

(We rarely if ever ask for WHOM specifically). Too many of us work ourselves into old age.. with very little to show for it.. including our health. Too many are in debt up to our eyeballs with very little savings if at all. I too am in my 7th decade. And I know few people who aren't struggling in one way or another 'in the richest country in the world'. The tragedy is we've all been willing complicit.
