  3. The 'government' doesn't HAVE TO BE THERE. In fact as an American in a state that CONSISTENTLY helps states that don't have an economy to support their own citizenry I'M PERFECTLY FINE WITH WITHDRAWING ALL HELP...BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE...IN EVERY REGARD. Handle it yourselves.
