  2. From who? You do realize manufacturing off-shore began during the Reagan administration and only increased since then. The complaints about Americans buying products from 'China'...the truth is, American corporations moved their companies and manufacturing there. The corporate model is to DECREASE COSTS AND INCREASE PROFITS. So use inferior parts that cost less, use slave labor..decreased labor costs, ship products back to the US without any consequences whatsoever and charge a bundle for them. Nearly everything is 'out-sourced' now. Even so-called 'customer service' is outsourced. The US used to have a steel industry, garment industry, automobile industry, and on and on and on. Buy American? Where are you going to find those products? Walmart? NOT A CHANCE!

  3. President Biden's administration had presented a budget proposal more than 3 months ago...but McCarthy failed all this time to present a budget until a few weeks ago. The Republicans have attached their current fiscal budget to the debt ceiling and are refusing to agree to pay DEBTS ALREADY INCURRED unless their FUTURE budget is agreed upon. I hope our President will tell them to stick it. PERIOD.
