  1. A hybrid car makes sense to me, so long as the economics balance out, and that seems to typically be the case. But full electric EVs only make sense as inner city commuter cars, offsetting pollution to outside the city. As for motion sickness, I think it has always been the case that women get motion sickness more than men. Unless they're driving.
