  1. France is not going to have a civil war. Let's dispense with the histrionics. All that's happening is the left is being pressured on a single issue. PERIOD. The left wants to portray this as a coup attempt, like in the US with the "domestic terrorist attack" on the congressional offices. In doing so, the left is trying to justify the need for more power, so they can rule completely unopposed.
