  1. Don't make too big of a deal about cluster bombs. All munitions have some that fail to go off when they're supposed to, and then they sit wherever they fell until someone happens upon them. There's still unexploded ordnance from WW2 out there. Heck, there's still live bombs from WW1 out there, and that was a century ago. US cluster bombs are better made than the ones from Russia. The Russian ones are more likely to leave unexploded bomblets on the ground than the US ones. That detail hasn't stopped Russia from using cluster bombs. And of course, there's anti-personnel and anti-tank mines everywhere, and Russia has not been mapping theirs. We know this for certain because they run into their own mines. As for war with the US, Russia doesn't want that.

  2.  @MegaBoolaBoola  Sorry, your brain is in default mode. Do some critical thinking. Any munition can fail to go off during war time and be found later, causing civilian casualties. Higher quality manufacture reduces the number of duds, which is why the US has the cluster munitions. Also, some countries don't care about civilians, which is why Russia has them. I explained this above, but apparently you are a robot that repeats propaganda.
