  1. US public pension funds ought to be pouring money into America, where it is needed. But this is how China operates: they bribe the gatekeepers to let them in. It's like how organized crime buys the politicians, judges, cops, and journalists ... after which, they can do whatever they want and nobody touches them and nobody says anything. Same deal with China. They buy off all of the gatekeepers, and after that they get whatever it is that they ask for, and nobody says anything about it. China's going down, and they're taking America's pension funds with them.
