  1. The Democrats AREN'T turning a blind eye. They WANT Brazil to be in bed with China and Russia ... because that's who runs the Democratic Party! If Trump was in the WH, I bet there would be a drive to create more fertilizer so the US would have enough and also a surplus to sell to other countries. But it might not have been needed in the first place, as Putin probably wouldn't have invaded Ukraine, and there wouldn't be oil, gas, coal, food, and fertilizer problems.
