  1. Are people still getting boosted? If so, why? BTW, one thing is unclear to me. If you have spikes, and your body isn't breaking them down very well, does your body make more spikes? Or put another way, if you have spikes and your body does break them down (bromelain, NAC, etc.), then does this stop the generation of new spikes?
