  1. Putin has always been ready to talk. Just give him whatever he wants, as the Russian people do, and he's fine with that. BTW, Putin's plan includes holding Ukrainian leaders responsible for all of the Russian men lost in this war. He's going to dodge responsibility for expending them so carelessly.
