  2.  @2get2Terrapin  Perhaps. Hard to say. We may find out if it moves forward. But a lot of modern tech news greatly resembles what was in tech magazines back in the 80s. Sure, we got computer chips and a few other things in that time, but a lot of stuff has remained close to the same with only incremental advances. I wonder if part of the reason is that industry started getting sent overseas and US development kind of got hollowed out.
