  1. If the US and China ever do go to actual kinetic war, it will be in someone else's country. It could be in the region of SE Asia, like when the US and China fought in Vietnam and Korea. So assuming there isn't a repeat, maybe the US and China would fight in Myanmar.

  2.  @MrNajibrazak  Not sure what you mean, but Myanmar is on the other side of the Malacca Strait, and it borders China on the SW.
