  1. If they're not really expecting to sell anything, maybe they will mark them up to $1 million and then "accidentally" have them damaged or stolen for insurance claim purposes. IDK what game they're playing, but there's obviously a "don't cut prices to where we can sell these, we need them on the balance sheet" kind of scenario.
