Without those two critical pieces of BS law, the federal bureaucracy and perpetual war machine cannot be maintained. Both pieces of 💩 legislation were written by and voted in by the Democrats in the early 1900s, allowing for the massive growth of federal govt and the equally massive growth of federal debt.
