Routh, the golf course shooter, was hardly bat-free in his belfry, but he looked a lot like a CIA construct, including trips to Ft. Bragg. Other well-known crazies include those who successfully shot: Garfield (R), McKinley (R), Teddy Roosevelt (R), JFK (D), RFK (D), Reagan (R), and Trump (R). It's the crazy pills that get them to do stuff, and then if they get caught, they just blabber like a crazy person and get locked up for life.
