Maybe you didn't want to be around people or do the usual stuff ... because you were becoming a sigma female. :) As for anger, this is a sense of powerlessness directed at the past. You wish you had the power to make things turn out differently, but you didn't and don't. Just like fear is a sense of powerlessness about the future. Discontent is a feeling of powerlessness directed at the present. The antidote for most -lessness if you are a person of faith is to ... have more faith.
