  1. This is after Russia did the same thing, forcing businesses to select members to send to the front lines. IMO, China recommended it to Russia, and then after seeing it work, decided to do it at home as well. Could China be heading back to a Warring States period?

  2.  @benpressly200  What I was musing about was a collapse of central authority - at least as we know it in the present - leading to factional fighting. No telling how long it could go on, or how intense it might be. It seems like a possible consequence of everybody having their own army.
