  1. It's only serious when the people downstream decide to buy snorkles. But yeah ... China has a crap history of infrastructure building. So every year we watch the dam to see if the bulge has increased. "10 out of 10 scientists agree the 3 Gorges Dam is well-built. (The other scientists have perished or are in a re-education camp.)"
