  1. China doesn't want nuclear weapons going to Belarus because the CCP is taking Russia, and they want all of Russia's resources to be in Russia. China is not heavily invested in Belarus, with all CCP investment in Belarus basically halting about a decade ago. This means that China doesn't have a lot of influence in Belarus yet. IMO, China has made the usual deal with Putin, and that is that they will install one of his descendants as the new leader of Russia under the CCP. Just like Pierre's deal for Justin.
