My understanding is that NOT ONLY did we pay for this, but we paid for it TWICE. Double billed. Also, FWIW, the lab in China where it was developed was built for them by the French, because the Chinese didn't have the technical expertise. It was supposed to be a partnership, but then after it was built, the Chinese reneged on the deal and kicked the French out. People need to pay better attention to what's going on in the world, and less attention to sports or Kardashians or whatever.

@robertjagiel8222 Your statement is not accurate for the time in which the facility was built, and I don't think you have bothered to check on that, but are just firing from the hip.
